For providers
Tradease is an app that connects customers who need a job done with vetted tradespeople who are available to help.
Tradease gives you another way to find jobs without relying only on referrals, advertising or chasing enquiries. Sign up, switch your availability on when you want more work and receive suitable job offers through the app.
Getting started
Sign up with your email and confirm your account.
Tell us about yourself or your company and choose the work you offer.
Add your banking details and upload the required identity and verification documents. Some trades may also need relevant certification.
Send your application through for review. Once approved, you can go online and start receiving job offers.
Earning on Tradease
Once your provider account is approved, you can use Tradease to find jobs when you’re available, complete the work through the app and keep track of what you earn.
Open your provider dashboard and set yourself to Online when you’re available to take jobs.
When a suitable job becomes available, Tradease sends you an offer. You can see what the job is, where it is, when it’s needed and what it pays before you accept.
If you want the job, accept the offer, and it moves into your active jobs. If it doesn’t suit you, you don’t have to take it.
Use the app to travel to the customer, update your job status, keep in touch with them and record the required job information as you work.
Once the work is complete, the customer pays through Tradease and you can see what you’ve earned, the commission deducted and the status of your payout.
Your available earnings are included in Tradease’s weekly payout process, and you can view your payout history from your account.
Inside the app
From the moment an offer comes in to the day your payout lands, Tradease keeps the whole job in one place.

These are jobs booked for a future date and time, giving you the opportunity to plan work into your schedule ahead of time.

FAQs
Yes. Tradease deducts a commission from jobs completed through the platform. You can see the commission deducted and your net earnings in your provider account, so you have a clear record of what you earned from each job.
Once a job has been completed and the customer’s payment has been processed, your eligible earnings move through the Tradease payout process. You can track your earnings and payout status from your provider account.
Tradease holds customer payments for a period before they are released for payout so there is a clear process if something goes wrong with a job. This gives both the customer and provider a record of the booking, payment and work completed, and allows a dispute to be reviewed before the money is released where necessary.
No. You can review each offer and decide whether the job suits you before accepting it. If you do not want the job, you do not have to take it.
Yes. You control your availability from your provider account. Switch yourself Online when you are available for more work and Offline when you do not want to receive new job offers.
The job offer gives you the information you need to decide whether you want to take it, including the type of work, location, timing and what the job pays. You can review the details before accepting.
Emergency jobs can include an additional surcharge. You’ll be able to see what the job pays in the offer before deciding whether you want to accept it.
If the customer needs you to continue working beyond the time originally booked, additional time can be added through Tradease. This keeps the extra time connected to the original booking rather than leaving it unrecorded.
If you identify additional work outside the original booking, explain it to the customer first. You can quote the customer separately for that additional work, and they can decide whether they want to proceed.
If you cannot continue with the job, record the required information in Tradease, including your findings and the job evidence requested by the app. Where appropriate, you can provide proposed times for the work to be rescheduled rather than simply leaving the job unresolved.
The customer can raise a dispute through Tradease. The booking record, messages, job updates and supporting evidence can then be reviewed as part of the dispute process. Payment may remain on hold while the case is being considered, with the outcome determining what happens next.
After an eligible job, customers can rate the provider who completed the work. Your rating becomes part of your provider record on Tradease, so completing jobs professionally and providing a good customer experience can help build your reputation on the platform.
Customers can favourite providers they would like to use again. Favourite providers are given priority when that customer needs suitable help in future, giving you another opportunity to receive their work.
If there is a disagreement about the work, the issue can go through Tradease’s dispute process, with the job record and supporting evidence available for review. If there is a genuine safety issue while a job is in progress, Tradease also has an SOS process for escalating the incident.
